New Project ACEO's

Here is my very first ACEO for sale - I already know I am going to be addicted to these!

I have painted her in celebration of submitting my essay of the megalithic monuments of the early Neolithic - I now have a whole month off to play!

New Project (as if I have time!)

As if I don't have enough on my plate at the mo I thought I would create a Mabon Patchwork quilt after all "He who sleeps under a quilt sleeps under a blanket of love".

Here is the progress so far - spot the deliberate mistake! (now rectified)

I am at that frantic studying stage again when my little bears and beloved paintings have to take a back burner - I always feel as though I could go crazy during the studying months as my mind is buzzing with so many creative ideas! I have taken to taking a notebook with me EVERYWHERE so that I can keep track of these bolts out of the blue for fear of them disappearing again.

I am busy reading and making notes in preparation for an essay on the burial monuments of the early Neolithic at the moment! Very interesting subject but hard to concentrate when little bears and  hares are leaping through my mind all the time :)
